Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

I aim to have your jewellery delivered to you within 7-10 working days of receiving your order.

 

Please note, the expected shipping date is a guideline and unfortunately I cannot guarantee the date provided.

 

Post and packaging is now at the affordable price from £3 for your total purchase, depending on weight. 

 

Collection is also available free of charge, from artisan markets that I attend.

 

Orders will be delivered Monday - Saturday (except for public holiday) using 1st Class Royal Mail, 1st Class Signed for Royal Mail or Guaranteed special delivery Royal Mail postage.  Please select the option when you place your order.

Please feel free to contact me prior to placing your order if you have any questions regarding our delivery policy and times.

 

The order will be delivered to the delivery address you have specified at the checkout page and we cannot take any responsibility for the delivery address being incorrect.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

I hope you love your order but I understand that it isn't always the case. If you decide you would like to return your item or if it arrives damaged or faulty please let me know by emailing juelcharm@outlook.com within 48 hours of receiving your order, as the return address will vary.

 

If your item is damaged or faulty please include photographs and a description in your email.

 

My returns policy is valid for 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately I can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Please look after your unwanted items. Your item must be returned to me unused and in the same condition that you received it.

 

Should you receive a faulty or damaged item I will aim to send out a replacement to you, if this is not possible then I will confirm this with you and arrange a refund. Please do not dispose of damaged or faulty items or their packaging unless advised to do so by me.

 

You are responsible for arranging and the cost of your return for unwanted items. I recommend using a tracked courier service as I will not liable for any lost items sent to me on return.

 

Once I have received your return I will process your refund or send out your exchange. Please Note. Your refund may take up to 10 days to show in your account. 

 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Items with obvious signs of use
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to my error
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
